I have been trying to find a way to talk to someone about my laptop. I ordered a Dell laptop on March 25, 2009 and received it the first week in April. Today is August 24, 2009 and I have only been able to use my laptop for about 2 months. It doesn't work probably. I have had 3 new hard drives, 2 mothers board and 2 memories installed. I just got it back from Tech Support on Friday, they didn't install the hard drive and forgot to include the screws. I have called Tech Support numerous times and I have had to stay on the phone from 1 to 2-1/2 hours at a time. I cannot understand the Tech Support people. There english isn't very clear. I asked if I could be compensated and I was told no, they do compensate the customers. Can someone please help me. I just want a Laptop that works.
